"Standard Rate" cancellation policy:
The booker has the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge or modify the request up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
In the event of customer withdrawal after the deadline or in the event of failure to arrive on the agreed date (no show), the hotel is authorized to charge the total cost of the confirmed services as a penalty. In case of early departure the hotel is entitled to payment of the agreed amount for the entire stay

Cancellation policy "Non-refundable" rate:
Non-refundable discounted rate, dates cannot be changed or cancelled. Credit card charged at time of booking.
In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the penalty will be equal to the total cost of the reservation.

N.b. not included the tourist tax of the Municipality of Ischia of €2 per night per person to be paid on site (only for adults)

From 3.30pm to 9pm

Check-out:
From 08:00 to 10:30

Towels are changed every 2 days.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge.

Non-smoking rooms:
All hotel rooms are non-smoking, you are asked to respect this rule by making use of the outdoor spaces. The hotel reserves the right to charge costs for smoking damage caused to its rooms.
